Amiga Finance bespoke artwork for a very blank wall

Turning a blank wall into a brand statement
Stephen Gomes at Amiga Finance Limited had what can only be described as a very blank wall. Big space. No character. Doing absolutely nothing for the office or the brand.
Steve wanted something that felt right for the business. Not off-the-shelf art. Not something generic. Something bespoke that reflected Amiga Finance and worked properly in the space.
The challenge
The wall was large, plain and uninspiring. It needed a piece that would feel intentional, not like an afterthought.
The artwork had to:
- reflect Amiga Finance’s brand colours
- include the logo without shouting about it
- work at scale on a prominent office wall
- feel like a proper statement piece
In short, this wasn’t about filling space. It was about improving it.
Our approach
As with all bespoke projects, we started with a conversation.
We talked through style options, scale, colour palettes and how the artwork would sit in the space. I shared examples, listened to Steve’s ideas, and created a digital visual to bring the concept to life.
From there, we refined the design together. Tweaks were made, options explored, and once everything felt right, the final artwork was approved.
The finished piece, titled “The Three Amigas”, is a three-panel artwork, each canvas measuring 750mm x 750mm, creating an overall width of just over 2.25 metres.
The piece uses Amiga Finance’s main brand colours, with a subtle introduction of the secondary palette, and features a hand-painted logo at the centre. Everything was created specifically for this wall and this space.
The result
One very blank wall is now very much not blank.
The artwork has become a statement piece in the office – something that reflects the brand, lifts the space and gives the wall a clear purpose.
It’s a great example of how bespoke artwork can quietly but confidently transform a workspace.
What Stephen said
“Working with Mike has been a pleasure from minute one. Mike took time to discuss the numerous style options, run through examples, take on board my ideas and create a digital visual. Further discussions and tweaks to the draft were made without issue, and Mike then set to work on the project. Updates throughout and a defined deadline were all provided and his continued personal touch was there throughout, finally hand delivering the artwork to our offices.”
What Mike said
“This was a proper collaborative project. Steve knew he wanted something bespoke but was open to exploring ideas. Taking the time upfront to talk things through meant the final piece really earned its place on the wall.”
