Mike Hall - Founder & Creative Lead
Connect with Mike on LinkedInMike creates bold, abstract artwork for businesses who want their environment to reflect who they are. From large-scale centrepieces to subtle brand-inspired pieces, every painting is designed to align with the client’s identity, culture and goals. He also leads art-based team experiences where staff create their own collaborative artwork — a hands-on way to boost engagement and shift workplace culture.
With a background in technical illustration, nearly 40 years in marketing, and experience as both a Managing Director and agency co-founder, Mike brings strategy and creativity together with a down-to-earth, practical approach clients genuinely appreciate. He’s worked with brands including BT, JCB, O2, Specsavers, Dataiku and a wide range of thriving SMEs.

Nicci Rushfirth - Workplace Wellbeing & Workshop Lead

Warm, encouraging and known for creating sessions that feel welcoming and enjoyable (often with snacks involved), Nicci is passionate about helping businesses thrive — not just in how they look, but how they feel. With 20 years’ experience in marketing across industrial, manufacturing and aviation sectors, she understands the pace and pressure of modern business, and how creativity can help balance it out.
