The art of thinking clearly – webinar replay
Share
We recently hosted The Art of Thinking Clearly, a free 30-minute webinar exploring how art and wellbeing can be used in practical ways to better support teams at work.
The session brought together voices from across art, HR, and workplace wellbeing to look at a simple question: how do we help teams think more clearly, feel better, and reconnect in a way that actually sticks?
The panel featured Hälsa Wellbeing, Haldane Health, and MJH ArtStudio, sharing real-world experience rather than theory or tick-box solutions.
Together, Nicci Rushfirth and I were joined by Emma Avhede, Charlotte Underwood, and Robert Manson to discuss how creativity, presence, and purpose can play a genuine role in improving team wellbeing.
What the session covered
The conversation focused on practical ideas that organisations can actually use, including:
- Why presence, purpose, and creativity matter more than ever in modern workplaces
- Real examples of businesses doing things differently and seeing positive results
- How art-led activities can help teams reconnect and communicate in new ways
- Simple ideas to energise team days, with or without paint
There was also time for questions, which sparked some honest discussion around what doesn’t work when wellbeing becomes a box-ticking exercise.
This session was aimed at HR professionals, people leads, and anyone responsible for team engagement who wants more than the usual one-off wellbeing initiative. No jargon, no hard sell — just fresh thinking and practical insight.
